The location was fantastic, with a metro station just a few minutes away and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Having three separate bathrooms was a great convenience, never having to wait for a shower or a toilet. the well-equipped kitchen, with separate sections in the fridge, was a nice bonus for storing and preparing food.

The thin walls were a bit of a downside as I could hear the constant noise from someone's TV and people walking in the hallway. It made it a bit difficult to relax and have a peaceful stay.

The room I stayed in was comfortable, with two pleasant beds. And despite the shared bathroom, I rarely saw anyone else staying there. The best part? The amazing value for money, as I only paid 88 euros for two nights. I highly recommend Alvaro Residencia for its prime location and affordable prices.
